Sametime.ini

The IP address of the Sametime server should ideally be also mentioned in the Sametime.ini. I have not come around to actually testing the results with each of these settings on an individual case-to-case basis.

ConfigurationHost=xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx
STLINKS_HOST=xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx
VPS_LOCALHOST=xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx

In case these are not provided, the Sametime server start results in errors which, in turn, prevent it from listening on ports 1516 and 1533.
